The Dual MAPS System is Jagtech’s advanced magnetic particle capture solution for high-performance drilling operations. Using a powerful arrangement of dual neodymium titanium magnets rods in a defined pattern for optimal magnetic grid with guide frames  and integrated spoilers. It captures metal shavings and ferritic debris directly from the drilling fluid stream- removing what other systems miss.

More About the Dual MAPS System

The Dual MAPS System is a high-efficiency magnetic filtration unit designed to remove ferrous particles from active drilling fluids. Using strategically arranged stacked neodymium magnets in a grid configuration, the system maximizes contact with circulating mud to extract even the finest metal debris. Integrated fluid spoilers further increase efficiency by disrupting laminar flow around the magnets, ensuring particles are pulled into the magnetic field rather than bypassing it.
